We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Eligibility
Items are eligible for return or exchange if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition
- All original tags and packaging are attached and intact
- Item was purchased directly from SCOUT
- Item is not marked as final sale
Furniture items may be subject to additional return conditions due to their size and shipping requirements. Please contact us before initiating a furniture return.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items received after the 30-day window may not be accepted. We recommend starting the return process as soon as possible.
How to Return
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
Select the item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason. Choose whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
Print your return label and pack the item securely in its original packaging. Drop off at your nearest shipping location.
We will process your return once the item arrives at our facility and passes inspection.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired size or colour is available, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost once we receive your return. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a full refund instead.
