Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Furniture items may require additional shipping fees due to size and weight. Exact costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order in two ways:
- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Log in to your account and view order details
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.
Furniture Delivery
Furniture items are shipped via our specialized delivery partners. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and the item. For select items, white-glove delivery is available, which includes in-home placement and packaging removal. White-glove options are shown at checkout when available.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders are subject to:
- Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Delivery times of 10-21 business days depending on destination
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees that are the responsibility of the recipient
- Limited tracking availability in certain regions
Furniture items are currently available for domestic shipping only.
