All prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. For full details, please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of SCOUT or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCOUT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, NY.
